Return & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, our return policy is strict to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect product. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
